We do more then just remodels and foundation repairs. Often times, we are called in by area realtors and home inspectors to repair trusses, even truss work attempted by other area contractors.
We have earned a stellar reputation for completing truss repairs correctly. At this particular home, we had too remove the existing repair from a contractor/handyman, who apparently didn’t know the correct way to fix trusses. Unfortunately, many people (including unlicensed handymen) don’t know that engineering work is needed to correctly repair trusses. Our job site pictures below show new roof rafters with lag bolts “sistering” to an old roof rafter.
